Welcome to our Beaverton office at 12725 SW Millikan Way, Suite 300, Beaverton, OR 97005. Our new location is conveniently situated in the same building as Beaverton City Hall, in the heart of Beaverton’s civic center. The area is surrounded by parks, cafes, and local shops, and offers easy access from throughout the Portland metro area.

For those arriving by public transportation, our office is just steps from the Beaverton Central MAX Station, which serves both the MAX Blue Line (Hillsboro–Gresham) and MAX Red Line (Airport–Hillsboro). The station is located immediately adjacent to our building, making it one of the most convenient transit-accessible locations in the region. Several TriMet bus lines also stop nearby at the Beaverton Transit Center, which is a short walk away. This allows patients to easily reach our office from Portland, Hillsboro, Tigard, Aloha, and other surrounding communities.

If you’re planning on driving, free parking validation is provided for our guests at multiple convenient parking options directly next to our building (click here for map):

• 3-Hour Surface Parking Lots – Located north of the TriMet MAX tracks directly outside our front door.
• 7-Story Parking Garage – Located next to our building with an entrance on Millikan Way. This is a secure garage:
  • Pull a parking ticket upon entry
  • Bring the ticket inside with you
  • Our staff will provide a validation sticker
  • After your visit, re-enter the garage and use one of the two validation exits to leave

When you arrive at Suite 300, please check in with the on-site receptionist, who will guide you to our waiting area. Your provider will come to greet you there at your scheduled appointment time.

Our Beaverton office is fully ADA-compliant, with elevator access, accessible restrooms, and wide pathways to ensure a comfortable visit for all patients.

For your comfort, complimentary coffee is available on site for guests, and our team is always available to help if you need assistance during your visit.
