Zahily is a mental health professional with extensive experience working in different capacities within the psychiatric care field.  Previous experience includes positions as Service Coordinator Manager at Bluebonnet Trails Community Services, a provider of wrap-around mental health care.  During her time with Bluebonnet she also worked as a Quality Management Specialist/Utilization Reviewer and as a Crisis Intervention Provider.  Currently, Zahily is responsible for overseeing all of the administrative operations at Well Coast Medical Corporation.  In her free time, Zahily enjoys traveling and cooking for family and friends.

Charyl is a project manager and business analyst with broad experience in management and information technology for health care. Charyl’s previous experience includes positions as an IT Consultant for Gartner, Inc., a leading technology research and consulting company, and as a clinical systems analyst/project manager for Aptium Oncology, Inc. (formerly Salick Health Care), a company that provides IT consulting services for healthcare. At Well Coast Medical Corporation, Charyl works as a project manager for technology and business initiatives. Charyl enjoys working with organizations to analyze their current systems and processes, determining areas for change and improvement, and implementing successful IT and business solutions that will improve business performance. In her free time, Charyl enjoys traveling, wine tasting, and spending time with her family.

Hollie S.

Front Office Manager

Hollie has over 14 years administrative support experience and joined Well Coast after spending 5 years in the medical-legal field as a workers’ compensation paralegal. As a highly organized, detail oriented support staff member, she works closely with both patients and prescribers, ensuring that patient’s needs are being met. Hollie takes pride in providing exceptional customer service in everything that she does.

Rebecca M.

Rebecca has worked in the case management field helping, organizing and coordinating services for at-risk youth and adults for over 25 years. She worked directly with and has extensive experience advocating for adults and youth struggling with mental health and other disabilities. She has a drive and desire to see consumers succeed and has years of experience working closely with consumers, families, and the support systems in place to make sure the best services are provided. Since moving to Florida in 2004, she has worked in the Juvenile Diversion field (8+ years) and most recently as a Waiver Support Coordinator with the Agency for Persons with Disabilities Medicaid Waiver (10+ years). She is also certified to provide Employment Services and Supported Employment. Prior to moving to Florida she worked in Illinois as a Child Welfare Specialist and Juvenile Probation Officer. In her spare time she loves to spend time with family and friends, watch college football (Go Gators!) travel, attend music concerts, and volunteer with a local animal rescue group (AnimalLuvrs Dream Rescue) where she fosters and is in charge of volunteer/events coordination.

Elyssa came to Well Coast Medical Corporation with certifications in Administrative Medical Assisting and Clinical Medical Assisting. After working for the State of California for four years she decided to make a drastic career change and pursue a career in Healthcare. She has been a Medical Assistant for two years and although a short time, she has a passion for helping those in need. A Southern California native, Elyssa is currently working towards obtaining her Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She has an extensive background in customer service, 12+ years working with people from all walks of life.

Patricia has worked as an administrative assistant at Well Coast Medical Corp. for approximately five years. In that time her duties have grown from answering phones and requesting medical files to acting as a liaison with a patient’s insurance company in approving their medications.
Patricia previously worked in the legal field  for five years as a Paralegal and Legal Assistant  specializing  in Personal Injury and Workman’s Compensation.  Prior to that, she worked in Silicon Valley as a technical writer specializing in hardware development.
She enjoys working with the staff and take pride in assisting all of our patients to make sure they get all the prescribed medications that they may need.

Misty Giles is the administrative assistant at Well Coast Medical Corporation. Misty has experience in helping patients and their families walk through treatment who had been diagnosed with terminal illness. Misty has a heart for helping patients navigate through their care in whatever way she is can and looks forward to helping those at Well Coast Medical Corporation. In her free time, Misty enjoys being an active member in her church and Old Testament Biblical studies.

Billing Specialist

Shalonda is a dedicated and focused billing specialist with over 20 Years of medical billing and coding experience for Multi-Specialty Groups, coming to Well Coast In February of 2021 after spending 6 1/2 years billing for a Gastroenterology practice.

Shalonda takes pride in helping patients with the insurance world, Shalonda works hard in assuring accurate billing is done and claims are submitted in a timely manner. Shalonda also enjoys helping patients with their questions and concerns to ensure they are getting the correct and proper benefits they are entitled to.

Shalonda brings positive attitude, excels at prioritizing, completing multiple tasks, and a is dedicated team player.
