Hello, my name is Ellen Suski, I go by Elly. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). I have been working in the mental health field for almost 9 years and providing therapy for about 5 years. I have experience working with individuals with depression, anxiety, and ADHD, as well as concerns around interpersonal relationships and stress management (related to work, school, family, and friends).
My approach to therapy includes allowing the client to guide the direction of each session. I choose this approach as I do not like my clients to feel forced to speak on a topic or area in their life that they aren’t comfortable with yet. With that said, I am also willing to provide more prompting for the sessions.
A little bit about myself: I am a huge animal lover. I have 2 dogs and 6 cats. And love them all. I enjoy spending time at home, relaxing, and watching movies in my free time.
